471c British Beach Houses #2

I painted this row of beach houses from my photograph, taken on Mudeford Sand Spit near Hengistbury Head on the southern coast of England.  On the front side of the houses is a view of Christchurch Harbor while on the back side is the ocean with a distant view of the Isle of Wight.  We took a hike along the headlands to the sand spit.  I used both palette knife and brush to capture this scene.  Painted on wrap around canvas so it doesn't need a frame.
